Sawyer's first Sunday on this earth... it was an adventurous day for him!!

We all got up and while I cooked breakfast, Charlotte caught up on her Olympics. She was practicing her cycling while sitting in front of the TV in her rocking chair. She's a pro.

Sawyer had his first big Sunday breakfast. He looks like he's loving it, right???

We let our children run around in diapers alllll day.

Actually, we were getting ready to give Sawyer his first "home" bath. I have no idea why Charlotte does not have clothes on. Seems about right though.

Charlotte was front and center helping with Sawyer's first bath at home. He tolerated it ok but LOVED getting his hair washed.

All cleaned up and ready to go! Miss Angela, Alex's boss' wife came by to see the kids.

He was so happy to be held and snuggled. Look at that smile.

We decided to go get some boy clothes for our little guy. We ran to Kohl's to get him a  few things. We broke out the double stroller and everything.

After Kohl's we ran to get ice cream at Bruester's ice cream. That ice cream is AMAZING. I had been craving for forever but I had been on a diabetic diet so I couldn't partake in ice cream eating. It was delicious. Perfect. Nothing better.

Naturally as soon as we got home, Charlotte had to go find rocks at the bottom of the driveway with Gigi. She loves loves loves some rocks!

It really was a perfect laid back Sunday. Alex grilled out on the grill for us for dinner. Then we just hung out and went to bed with full bellies. Sawyer had his screaming/fussy time before bed. But once he was done with that, he slept really well.
