Another Snow Day... shocking :)

Well, this winter we are getting plenty of snow!!!
The kids LOVE playing in the snow but it's so hard to take them out because a lot of the time it is just too cold to play in that white stuff. Wind chills of zero and below make it so we can barely leave the house, let alone play IN the cold snow.

On this particular day, it was actually "warm" enough to play outside.

I love their little stocking caps....even if they won't stay on.
Girls with tons of hair at a small age problems :)

How cute is this little troll.

He LOVES to eat the snow.
I just keep reminding them not to eat the yellow snow.

Aunt Bare came to hang out with us and to help me with the kids in the snow.
Little Baby Kamm is hanging out in there just growing and growing and growing.

This girl loves to eat the snow too :)

The best picture I could get of the two together.

Me and my beauties :)
A rare picture of the three of us.

He is always playing in this same spot. He is OBSESSED.

We played outside for about 30 minutes. They LOVED it. Eventually they were frozen and needed to come in.

Check out those adorable rosey cheeks :)

We are embracing these snowy, cold Midwest winters :)
I remind myself that the benefits outweigh the cold winters :)

Alana Michelle Sibley

On Sunday January 26, 2014, we had another great family day. We woke up at Grandma Ann's house. We had a delicious breakfast and a quick-ish lunch and then Anne headed back to Jefferson City. I got my four ready and we headed to Alana's baptism in town.

Chase, Melia, and Alana.

How cute does she look?
She is wearing the same Baptismal gown that all of the babies wear on my Aunt Michelle's side of the family (and they have A LOT of babies on that side.)

Such a sweet moment. She didn't cry or anything. She was so good!

This cute guy.... Look how tired he looks.

Alana and her two Godmothers.

After the Baptism, these two finally got to talk for a few minutes :)

Kyla made herself at home :) Just hanging out on the alter at church. So funny!

We sat by Aunt Kathy who helped keep the crazies in line!
They do love her so much!

After the ceremony we headed over to Uncle Richard's house for cake and ice cream. Charlotte and Kyla played (and Charlotte wouldn't share toys so there were a few fits on her part.) We hung out and laughed at Caleb for being hungover :)

Afterwards we headed back to Grandma's house.
We got all packed up and hung out for awhile.
Jake and Alicia and Didi and her family came out to see us for awhile longer.
How crazy is this sky?

Here is Charlotte having her last few wrestles with Jake on the floor.

I finally said goodbye to Jake. It was sad. I cried. I hugged him and kind of ducked away. Alex called me out on not talking and trying not to cry. I started crying...the ugly cry....telling him that I just don't want him to go. Then Grandma started crying. Then Alicia started crying. Jake was like, "Sarah!"
I laugh now but I was super sad :(

We had an awesome weekend. We loved all of the crazy family events. We got to see everyone. It was pretty perfect.

We drove home around 8 pm. It started snowing on our way and snowed the rest of the way home. I drove with the kids in my car. They finally slept and I was able to just relax....and talk on the phone.

Thanks for a great weekend, family!!

Celebrating Jake

On Saturday, January 25, our fun weekend of family get togethers continued.

Aunt Meem got to Grandma Ann's house that afternoon and saw us.
She had a birthday present for Charlotte.... A Sofia sleeping bag and pillow!!!!
Charlotte was in love....and tried it out right away.

Jake's going away party was that night at the Oasis in town. I can say this much, the Webers know everyone in their small town. TONS of people filtered in and out of the Oasis to see him. They had the back party room reserved. There were snacks and appetizers and beer.

And clearly there was great company!

This girl loves her Jake :)

Aunt Bev and Aunt Kathy made a TON of jello shots. They were soooo good. We just kept sucking them down!

The kids loved the food. They both just kept eating...

Dad loves Sawyer's bow tie :) He apparently wears it more than Sawyer does. HAHA.

Aunt Bev loves her some Weber girls.

I LOVE this picture of Charlotte and Aunt Diane.

Charlotte loves our family so much. Sometimes she has a weirdo way of showing it but other times she is just a cute cuddley sweet mess.

Sawyer needed a few naps. He was so tuckered out...

Aunt Didi had this great banner made for Jake. I love it.

Sisters in bars. Katie has a few more years before she can join in on the bar fun :)

Alex had to work but he ended up getting to the bar around 9 or so. Charlotte was so excited to see him.

Here she is telling him all about her day...and she was singing.
Our potty trained diva didn't have a single accident that day....even with the party going on.

Sisters.

We can't wait for the next baby to join us!

It's almost time to take these babies to Grandma's house.

Both kids were super tired....especially Sawyer. I took them to Grandma's house and got them all tucked in for the night. Anne, Mary, John, and Grandma all ended up getting home by the time I got the kids asleep. Katie was going to babysit them until one of them got there but they all came as I was getting ready to leave.

I arrived back to this :)
Apparently I was gone longer than I though :)

By the time I got back, everyone was feeling PRETTY good!

Jake shall miss us all.

Eric, an Airman himself, rocking and supporting with the AF hat.

These two don't get out much :)
Wayne was with a babysitter. Eric and Amanda were with Smirnoff and Jack.
It was a good 'ole time :)
And Eric was rocking my Harry Carrey glasses.

I love this picture. Eric and Amanda having their own dance party on chairs (and sometimes the bar) and Chad hanging talking to Caleb in their own convo. Everyone was at their own party.

Jake had quite the showing. Tons of his friends came. Tons of family came. Tons of towns people came. We are so very proud of him for going to the Air Force. We are going to miss him terribly but this is something he really wants to do. I am so glad that he was able to see just how special he is to so many of us. This was a great night. Alex and I were able to hang out at the bar with my cousins and drink and have fun.

Bravo to Didi and Grant for throwing a great party and bravo to Jake for being a brave man and serving our country :)

Happy 2nd Birthday Adam Wayne :)

Our sweet Wayne's birthday is in Feburary...a few days before Charlotte's. Eric and Amanda decided to have his birthday party the last weekend in January so that it would be easy for family since we had a big family weekend ahead anyway. It worked out awesome for us. We were able to make it!

It's always a party when the Webers are present....

The kids are always have a good time playing at Wayne's house.

They LOVE the play room he has.

Mary wanted to see what she would look like by June so she attempted to shove a basketball in her sweatshirt

Wayne's awesome cake made by my fabulous cousin Ryan. He is so talented with his baking and especially with decorating the cakes.

Wayne's expression here is killing me.

Eric always has his eyes closed :) (Sorry Eric).
Such a sweet family :)
Wayne is ready to dig in and get those tractors.

Look at him.
This boy loves his tractors.

He was cracking me up during this.
I love how Uncle Darrin is looking at him. I know he had no idea he could love a little boy this much.
It's so sweet.

Singing happy birthday to him!
I wish I knew what he was thinking here...
"Can we get this over with already? I want those tractors!"

YES! Tractors!

Charlotte loves birthdays...
the song, the cake, the presents.... they are the best day of her life.

Rocking part of his present from us.

And rocking part of the other present from us.
Could the present be anymore me...??? Sunglasses and mustaches.

Allana was styling in her ADORABLE little zebra outfit.

This girl thinks she is a rockstar.

Shy Sawyer. He does so much better when he doesn't see me. He loves the family but he loves his momma the most. When I am out of sight, he will go to people.

He is so crazy about his Maw Maw.

He loves her so much.

A bunch of the family was able to make the birthday party. It was such a nice party. Delicious food. Hanging out. A toy room for the kids. It was perfect!!!

My two kids started to get a bit wild so we headed to Grandma Ann's house around 9 and put them to bed. Thanks for a great party, Eric and Amanda.

Happy Birthday, Wayne. We love you so much!! You made the kids so happy and it's awesome being close and being able to watch you grow.
