The rehearsal dinner was held at a delicious family restaurant/cafe in Washington. It was absolutely delicious! Everyone loved it! Janet and Steve did an amazing job throwing it. They took everyone's needs and wants into account. It was some good home cookin'.
Uncle Poop and Sawyer playing.
We all ate a delicious meal and amazing dessert. Then we all took part in telling hilarious stories about Chad and Mary. Stever, Chad's dad, loved this idea from one of other boys' weddings so he carried on the tradition with Mary and Chad. It was HILARIOUS. We were all brought to tears from laughing so hard.
Here is Mary and all of her maids.
Pretty, right???
(All I could think when we were all hanging out besides how happy I was for Mary was "Man, to be 23 again and to have my old, non post baby body. Geesh.)
Mary and a few of college girls.
The Weber Girls...
Mary and Chad, tomorrow is the first day of the rest of your lives :)
Good luck and congratulations!
After we finished our talks (and after Charlotte got taken to the car a few times by her daddy for being REALLY crabby and bad) we all headed out. Mary and her girls went with the groomsmen and Chad to a bar for awhile. We dropped Grandma back off at the hotel and said "hi" to Eric, Wayne, and Aunt Kathy. We then headed home and got ready for bed. I spent some time on the phone figuring out what to do about Grandpa Redeye (who wasn't feeling well and as it turns out, he was VERY VERY SICK but no one would listen to the nurse and take him to the hospital.)
Anne, Mary, and I slept in the same bed like we did the night before my wedding. Alex and Jeremy stayed at Mom and Dad's house and us girls slept in my king sized bed. All we literally did was crawl into bed and go to sleep. No partying, no drinking, no eating... just sleeping. We had a BIG day the next day and we were all PUMPED.
