Leaves, Leaves, Leaves

Saturday, November 16, 2013, the kids and I got up and headed down to visit Papa at his house. Gigi was out of town again so we wanted to go check on him and pick up after him a bit. He was trying to get his yard under control. (They have 17 HUGE trees in their yard that leave a lot of craziness on the ground in the fall.) It was in the high 50's so we went down to play outside with him.

We haven't played outside much since it's been a bit chilly.
The kids were so excited to be outside!
She was looking for the frogs.

She was so excited when she saw Papa's pile of leaves.

I put Sawyer right in the middle :)

They were both crazy about throwing them in the air!

I love this one of her.

He was a bit confused.

Sawyer loves anything with a long handle. Rakes and brooms are his favorite!

Running and jumping into the leaves.

These three.... The kids are CRAZY about Sammy (who weighs almost the same as them.) They LOVE Sam...and Belle. Love them. Sam does not feel the same way about them. He gets nervous the second they come in the house. However, since Mom has been gone a lot, he wants the attention but then he kind of doesn't. He followed us over to neighbor Jim's house and then he led the kids back to Gigi's house. How cute are they???

He is so funny....

Work boots. Check.
Flannel to keep warm. Check.
A hilarious little miniature man look. Check.

So excited...his teeth look like white chicklets.

They really are best friends.

She thinks the world of her "Bro- wer"

Sawyer and his love for tractors. He was so happy to right with Papa on the lawnmower. Charlotte cried and cried when Dad drove off with him. She said "I just want my bro-wer."

It was a productive Saturday morning.

The kids played in the garage with all of their toys for awhile then I put them down for naps. I caught up on the blog and then made Dad and the kids lunch. It finally started raining and all outside activities were shot for the day.

It was a prefect Saturday spent in the leaves though :)
