We have been trying to pack a bunch of stuff into our weeks. Charlotte and I went to Splashdown last week (the water park here) with the Heflins while Gigi watched Sawyer. Charlotte LOVED it.
The next week we decided to try out a splash pad area in a neighboring town. We met Jodi and the girls over there for playing and for lunch.
Em rode around in our stroller with Sawyer for awhile.
Ella is so crazy. She doesn't seem to have any fear.
Charlotte and Sawyer saw her climbing so they thought they would try it.

They weren't much for playing in the water/splash pad part of it. They were more into the playground. This picture was taken pretty close to the time that Charlotte pooped in her swimming suit. I didn't put a swim diaper on her. Why? I have no idea why I didn't. I have an embarrassing picture that I won't put on here of her walking to the bathroom and me taking the picture from behind. So gross.

He dominated the toddler part of the playground.
We had a great time. We ate lunch (picnic style) and played and played. It was a great day and totally worth the drive...
Papa bought a new truck this week too!!!
Sawyer loves it!
He had to bring it over and put the babies in it to try it out.
We also attempted Charlotte's first swimming lesson. Lisa is so good. Charlotte loves her. However, Charlotte, being a typical 2 year old, had her own agenda. I stayed at the lesson and Mary and Dad stopped by as well. We decided that Charlotte will do much better next year. She just didn't want to listen and had quite a bit of fear here and there.
But she was loving her time with Lisa.
We love summer and all of the busyness that it holds.
