A Fabulously Full Day With Gigi

It was so nice that mom was here while Alex had a day off. We got to spend the whole day together...all five of us.

We got up and got ready and headed into Columbus. We started the day off at Mellow Mushroom for some DELICIOUS pizza. Charlotte was pretty good while we were there. There was a fish tank there and she was all about it. Plus, she was all about her Gigi. Then we headed over to Double Churches Park.

Charlotte loves the park and Sawyer is learning to love the outside.

Daddy is always a good partner at the park. Charlotte and Alex tackled the jungle gym.

Such a dare devil on the bridge... notice Alex's hand in the top right corner. He was ready to pounce if he needed to.

"Daddy, this is so much fun."

We have been to this park about four times. This was the first time she was ready to go through the tunnel. After that, she was all about it.

Sawyer needed a snack while we were there. Mom was on Sawyer duty. I was on camera duty. Alex was on Charlotte duty.

"WHOOOAAA!!!"

"CHEESE"

Love this picture.

Mom and her babies.

Charlotte's face is priceless.

Love this little guy. He is such a snuggler.

After our fun time at the park, we headed over to the yogurt shop...one of the only other cute places we have found in Columbus. It's a yogurt buffet/bar with an ADORABLE play area connected to it. It's one of Charlotte's only opportunities to see other children. Yes, we lead a sad life.

The typical stance for Mr. Belly Ache.

This. Makes. My. Heart. Hurt. She looks so sad and lonely.

"Other kids!!! Hey guys, I \want to play too!"

She loves balls.

They have a tire swing. She loves it.

Sawyer joined in for a second.

But he didn't love it...or even like it...or anything.

But Charlotte was nuts about it! Look at this face!!!

Awake and ready to rumble.

We took a pit stop at Gigi's cupcakes. Mom was loving it.

We had a wonderful day. We always do when mom comes to visit. She stayed until early Thursday morning then she flew out. Thanks, Momma. For everything. We don't know what we  would do with you!
