Sunday At The Webers

When we woke up Sunday morning, the house was full at Grandma's. There was Grandma in her bed, Sawyer and me in our bed, Alex and Charlotte in their bed, Melissa on one couch, and Jake on the other couch. Alex and Jake headed to Wagon Wheel for breakfast. Melissa headed home and changed. Then her and I cooked lunch. Grandma and her poor foot... we tried to keep her foot up as much as possible... she can be a stubborn one though so she didn't listen much.

Sawyer helping in the yard...

Liss and I used the grill. I have never grilled before. We figured it out.
We grilled pork chops....and they were delicious.

We had a crew for lunch even though we were planning on just having 6 of us. People just kept coming so we just kept feeding them :) That's the glory of Grandma's house.

After awhile, once Mallory came out with Melia and Uncle Richard, we headed down to the garden to pick pumpkins for Mal's wedding decor.

She's so pretty.

Searching for pumpkins....

Charlotte was going to help.

They found a pumpkin for Wayne. Can that smile get any bigger???

Alex and Didi were picking tomatoes for homemade tomatoe juice. Grandma CLEARLY was not sitting with her foot up :) We have the evidence, doctor.

Alex picked this....

She got a pumpking! Stinky cut her one!

Tomato pickers.

The old house that Dad and his siblings grey up in.

They really love each other.

Alex went fishing with Stinky.

Sawyer loved it.

Learning to fish...

Oh this face....gets me every time.

Look who we found on our way back to the house!!

Charlotte was "wunning" back to "Maw Maw's" house.

While everyone played in the yard, Grandma hung out with her foot up like a good patient :)

Dad came over from the Villa. He rode back with Eric. He and Alex drove back to Metamora together. The kids and I left later that night. It was a great weekend as usual. Family, Fun, Outside...
