Happy Easter from the Jacksons

(Yes, I am writing this in September. Someday I really hope to be caught up on this blog...)

 

Here come the troops looking to see if the Easter Bunny visited!!!

(Note Charlotte's jammies that she picked out herself. A VERY short night gown, size 12 month Minnie Mouse jammie pants, and 18 month Elmo socks.)

And Sawyer was dressed by his mom...in size 12 month jammies.

HE CAME!

Look what the Easter bunny brought!!!

A car, a gas tank, a picnic table, and a swimming pool.

He also brought tons of little goodies.

Sawyer LOVES him some juice. This man is Mr. Juice.

As soon as he saw his new Mickey cup from the Easter Bunny, he started going to town on it!

EGGS!

She really was a maniac with finding the eggs.

Sawyer was more concerned about the toys than the eggs.

I love the "CHEESE" face. So funny.

After we had a fabulous morning looking for eggs and playing with new toys, Sawyer went to hang out with Papa at his house and Charlotte went to church with Mommy and Daddy.

 

Then we headed to Gigi and Papa's house and spent the rest of the day there.

We had a fabulous Easter egg hung in their yard.

 

She was searching and searching....

He finally took up searching too.

 

 

He finally got some!!!

We had such a fun day with Great Grandpa and Grandma Schumann, Aunt Bare and Uncle Chad, Gigi and Papa, Uncle Poop, and Aunt Bev and Uncle T.

The kids got special goodies from Great Grandma and Grandpa. They got fun pillows and toys from them! They were ecstatic.

I constantly forget to take family pictures so this is my new thing.

He was contributing to society in this picture.

It was such a fun day. Delicious food. Fun people.

Sawyer even took a good nap!

Our last Easter before Baby Kamm arrives!

Uncle Poop got both kids Easter Bunnies that he made at Build A Bear. The kids LOVE them!!!

A Busy Little Saturday

On April 12, 2014, we had a busy little Saturday planned.

 

We started the morning off at the Christian Union Church in town. They had an East egg hunt for people in town. Papa came up and met us for a few minutes. Aunt Bare came to help me out with the babes.

There was a lamb and it's momma there.

The kids were obsessed.

There were eggs everywhere!!!

There wasn't a lot of hunting required. It was more Easter egg "pick up" than anything.

Kaedence and Maegen were there too.

 

 

We saw Carter and Mason there too!

After the Easter egg hunt, we stopped by Uncle Poop's house (which is only a few blocks away). Papa and Poop were doing yard work. We showed them all of the candy.

We got lunch and took it home. We did naps and got ready and headed down to see the Heflins.

We love visiting them at their new house!

Alex met us down there when he got off of work. Cleary Sawyer was so excited to help him carry the beer in.

We hung out outside in the BEAUTIFUL weather. The kids were ecstatic to be outside. They ran around like crazy and played and played and played.

We ate a delicious meal (between Alex, Jodi and Derrick the kitchen was a buzz with stuff going on.)

The kids played some more.

Aunt Jodi even gave them dry erase markers to write on the windows.

We brought our jammies and we spent the night so that no one drove home after drinking any alcohol.

The daddies and the mommas hung out outside by the fire and had grown up time.

 

We had an awesome day. We had so much fun. The day ended perfectly.

 

And to top it all off, we finally had some great weather!!!
